The Spa Room is the brainchild of Ms. Shan, who has a combined experience of 15 years in the industry and has come a long way from her humble beginnings back in 2004 where she started her own foot reflexology and facial spa in the heartlands. Customers were drawn to Shan's bubbly character and gifted touch. A few years later she put her business on pause to gather more experience from bigger establishments.

She worked within the ranks of some of the best Spas in town to understand how the bigger businesses operated and saw the lack of customisation and straight forward approach as a rising opportunity. The Spa Room was born.
